Who uses it. Life Os is a private assistant used only by its owner, Irvine Ndwiga, with Google accounts he owns. It is not offered to anyone else.
What it accesses. With the owner's permission it uses Google Gmail (read, send and modify), Calendar, Drive, Contacts (read only), Sheets and Docs, to find, summarise, organise and act on the owner's own information when he asks it to.
Where the data goes. Data is processed on the owner's own computer. To carry out the owner's requests, content may be sent to the AI model providers he uses, such as Anthropic and OpenAI. Nothing is sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.
Google user data. Life Os's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
